The company evolta GmbH was founded in 1991 for the consulting and the development of companies by my colleague Prof. Dr. Peter Hoffmann. Based on his many years of experience in management positions in the industry, he conducted a broad range of international strategy and management projects as a consultant and also taught as an associate professor.
The start of our inspiring, professionally excellent, and humorous cooperation took place in 2001 with our big project “Communication Processes Analysis” for the European Patent Office (Munich). In 2004 I became a partner of the evolta GmbH. Together we implemented many exciting consulting projects, often with our international network partners (see evolta network). Peter Hoffmann retired in 2017 and the company was transformed into evolta e.U. by me.
Since its foundation, evolta has been shaped by the values of supporting people in organizations and in their professional and personal development. Pragmatism and appreciation, clarity and humour are as much part of evolta’s repertoire as high professional competence.
